Tortious Interference with Contractual Relations

Elements of the tort:

(1) defendant interfered with a business or contractual relationship of the plaintiff;
(2) the interference was malicious and wrongful, and was not justified, privileged, or excusable; and
(3) the plaintiff suffered injury as a proximate result of the interference.
